Aline developed a leadership coaching model that delivers clarity, confidence, and credibility for her executive clients, and combines her 25 years of brand, reputation management and executive coaching experience.
She collaborates with global brands and leaders from Deloitte, ING Direct, Tangerine Bank, The Government of Ontario, WSP, Novo Nordisk, Siemens, and TD Group Bank, to name a few.
Aline coaches at IESE Business School in Spain, teaches leadership at UTCC/Harbour Space University in Bangkok and Barcelona, and conducts workshops for senior leadership teams in the EU market. She is also a keynote speaker on topics related to leadership influence + impact.
Aline is a PCC, CPCC coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in co-active and positive intelligence coaching, is a graduate of the Neuroscience of Coaching program, and is licensed in the Hogan Assessments.
Aline has lived in five countries, and is currently based in Barcelona, Spain. She speaks four languages.
